What is on for this week? Friday Night Bites is at Nikita in the West Village, Dallas this Friday night at 7 p.m., and the Dallas Margarita Society is having another one of their blowout happy hours same night, if I wasnt already busy with Friday Night Bites, Id go there. Also on Friday Night Uncle Calvins Coffee House is presenting: Kimberly MCarver. Tonight Im hosting SAS Summer Bible Study at my parents house located in the Disney streets, if youre interested in attending call me at 972/733-8517. Wednesday is the big monthly Golden Adventures Happy Hour at Rosebud Wine Bistro, Exclusive Singles are getting happy at Carsons, Thursday is the Ruthie Montgomery Happy Hour; and this Sunday is the last Theology on Tap starting with the Sundays at Seven Service. I will definitely be at the service, not sure about TOT though. I went to the Sundays at Seven Service this past Sunday, it was my 3rd service for the day and I have to say I really felt moved at this fantastic praise service. Its got something for everyone. I had only heard the gospel reading three times that day and finally got the message about how the stormy seas are like the chaos in our lives. We are in the boat!!! Thankfully, Jesus is the captain of my boat, I pray that he is the captain of yours. Actually, every service I went to this past Sunday, I heard God speak to me. He spoke to me in two sermons: have faith Im here to catch you when you fall, and conquering your fear. If those arent the two big themes of my life right now
